You can check this OR check some indian websites on how to wear a Shari. It is a dress that requires no belt,zipper, or similar fastening/tightening device/item. The artist borrowed the design and 'changed' certain parts of it to make it look kool. But he/she could've done a better job on the back of her blouse.
