Also, thats how most japanese people actually say her name. I know a few people(Ventrillo)who pronounce it "Flan-do-ru". Actually, whenever i talk to my japanese freinds and say "Flan-drei" I sometimes get asked who i'm talking about.
I still think "Frandle" looks a lot more like a girl's name, not to mention that it sounds closer to the Japanese as well.
But what do I know? The last time I inquired, there was this myth about the city of "Flanders" going around, and the mindless masses seem to be buying it.
