If I know fanbase, you don't need proof to make any characters gay. Even when canon says otherwise, same sex pairings will still be here to stay. I agreed with you, but your ranting here is quite pointless. They will keep fantasizing about gay men or women. So chill out. Just ignore these guys.
fact: Tsubaki tries to kill noel not because she was ordered to, but because of her raging jealousy. Hazama revealed a world to tsubaki where she and jin were able to live happily with eachother, all because noel didn't exist in that world. But now, noel does exist, and she became Jin's secretary. Tsubaki loves Jin (Weather she would love him past sister/brother is unconfirmed, but alluded to in hakumen's arc) and hates the fact that Noel gets to be with him every day while she is stuck in the zero squadron. She wanted to kill Noel so she could be with Jin. so yes, this pairing makes sense.
