Being a fan of Minmatar ships and flying a cane myself, I tried to come up with a new design while keeping in mind the typical Minmatar look (ships like the maelstrom, hurricane and firetail). Also wanted to go for the brutal look/wings most Minmatar ships have.
When it comes to the ship's hardpoints I decided Minmatar ships could use abit more choice whether to go for missile or guns (if ever :p (Lick)
