Just your observation. They look perfectly normal---her thigh flesh is simply spread out more in the rear where she's putting more pressure on it, making her thighs seem slightly bent to you. They'd look normal if it were a photograph.
Sadakage have profoundly advanced his drawing style. Compare this with the stuffs he drew 3 years ago. Nowadays his arts are so....... appealing and arousing.
I agree with AndarielHalo. Nothing is wrong with how the picture is drawn. That just shows the skill of the artist for getting the picture done so well with the details.
