It doesn't really apply here though, since she's not unhappy with her breasts, fake as they may be.
Doesn't the fact they're fake actually suggest even more that she's unhappy with their real size? She wouldnt be looking so proud if she wasn't breast conscious.

I agree, but the tag definition says it's for "when someone is unhappy about the size of their own breasts" and she isn't unhappy, she's smug af.
IMHO we need either a broader definition of breast_conscious to include cases like this or a new tag like breast_pride, if we don't already have one.
The latter would probably be better since you could easily distinguish posts based on how a character feels about their breasts: _conscious for when they're unhappy and _pride -or something similar- for when they are, instead of lumping them all under the same tag.

You're being too literal. She's not proud of her breasts. She's proud of the optical illusion making them appear big, because she's unhappy that they're small. Breast conscious already covers this, because the joke is entirely on the fact that she needs to pretend her breasts are big to express pride.
If Izayoi Sakuya was depicted looking proud/smug over her breast size, while one can clearly see pads sticking out of her bra, would you say that's not being breast conscious? Even if we made a breast pride tag, I don't think this or my example should be included, because false pride shouldn't be mixed in with images of characters genuinely being smug about how good their breasts are or how much better they are than someone else's.

Of course I'd say she's being breast conscious, but I wouldn't necessarily tag it breast_conscious, because tags are visual element identifiers with specific definitions, and it wouldn't sit right with me to use the same tag for things that look so different, i.e. a person being happy or smug vs a person being unhappy or sad.
But maybe that's just me taking the old "tag what you see" rule of thumb too literal as you said and sticking to tag definitions too closely, so I concede your point. If it works for most people, it's probably good enough as it is.
