I think this is the ai-generated image that inspired post #6048701, post #6057541, and post #6057554. In particular, I suspect the second image in the pixiv post is archives.gokulism's work and this image was only included for context. Note that the linear hatching here doesn't appear anywhere else on the artist's pixiv. The image also appears on aibooru which has obvious implications.
Also, though time zones make this a little hard to judge, these three posts seem to predate the pixiv upload. This suggests that archives.gokulism may not be the one who generated the image in the first place.

That's been the source link since the post was uploaded, but you're right to draw attention to it since the artist added to the commentary to clarify the situation. There's a bit of ambiguity there since "this" could refer to either of the two images in the post, but this tweet resolves that pretty well. After a bit of digging I was also able to find this instagram post which was posted before the three links I mentioned in the first comment. I also found this joke about the misunderstanding and this other joke that uses the same hatching.

There's also the topic of whether the ai-generated art (topic) tag counts here. While trying to find the reddit post the artist mentioned I did find this post from about a week before the instagram post which looks a whole lot more ai-generated and could've been the origin of the eyes-bow idea.
