You really need to pay more attention in school. When one Pikachu puts the stick in another Pikachu, an egg comes out, which hatches into a Pichu.

I mean, honestly, its stupid things like that which show just how much Greater Unova's education system is declining. Only humans give live birth, its basic pokebiology!
