That's actually quite low of a count by average standards, I think the average around 200 million, unless history and science books I've read since school are now outdated, which if I recall may be the case, since only 10 years ago, the news was talking about how sperm count dropped from 300 million to 200 million in just a few years. I even heard it used to be over 1 billion some 150 years ago.
