Fufufu..no matter how hard you try Sanae, you shall never beat Reimu! You know why? Because you do not have enough armpits! Everybody knows that just having porn pics and being in alot of games are not enough in touhou. This is another reason why Sakuya is below the Saigyou Ayakashi. ~\(-.-)/~
I'm amazed and confused that Sanae beat Marisa for 2nd. Is it that easy to ensnare people with a new character? Watch this post get voted down because it's not benefiting Sanae.

How is Reimu still in first? I mean regardless of people complaints about her she's still an awesome character who deserves high votes, but just among the top 5 I would only place her above Remi for sure and maybe Sakuya....I can't see her being more popular than Marisa.
Sanae though, really did earn her place but I think it's mostly due to how well fandom does her with certain other characters. (Reimu, Suwako, and largely Kogasa)

How on Earth did Sane earn her place? Half of the time the fandom portrays her as a good girl and the other half she's an insufferable brat whose only saved from being a Mary Sue by virtue of the fact that she is not superior to the main heroine of the story.
