if Yuyu is the mother then there are alot of problems to be found. For example, if Yuyuko is the mother; then how come Youmu is as flat as a board? That is pretty impossible unless she get her breast trait from her father side of the family.

I won't call myself an expert on the subject ( I'm not female) but yeah I think your right about nutrient thing. However I also think in some cases it does something to do with genetis. A small example being a girl I once knew who was really bursting in the chest area. At first I thought it was something she ate (dumb I know) since she was on the short side. She had a pretty small frame also. Then one day I got a look at her family. Her mother, aunt, and older sister all were pretty big in the chest just like her (naturally the sizes were different from one another). But like I said, I'm not an expert on this. I just like breast.

Turns out that recently, some human genetics researchers have actually investigated the influence of genetic factors on breast size. One study examined about 350 pairs of twins (some identical and some fraternal) and found that about 56% of the variation in breast size between unrelated individuals is genetic. Another study identified seven markers in the human genome associated with breast size, some of which were linked to hormone-related genes.
So in short, it would be a bit surprising, though not impossible, for Youmu to have her delicious flat chest if she were Yuyuko's daughter. Then again, pool #323 strongly suggests that genetics does not work the same way in Gensokyo as it does here...
