The approvers already turned this down once. I can't see why anyone would expect things to turn out differently a few weeks later. If something isn't appropriate for Danbooru the first time, it isn't going to be appropriate the second time.
Also, the lack of a source, along with the artist putting high-res versions behind a paywall, leads me to believe that this is a paid_reward, in which case it should be removed for breaking site rules anyway.
