I know dogs love a good belly rub, but do cats particullary love getting pet on the head? or do cats have some other "Sweet spot" that they love getting petted at?
I notice my male cat does not like to get pet on the belly even though I've done it since he was young(though he loves getting pet under the chin). But my female cat loves getting bet everywhere and only ever attempts to attack if I pinch he tail.

Fun fact, there's a rather sensitive nerve cluster just above the tail on a cat...it's a bit of an erogenous zone.
As for tummyrubs, that's very much a personal choice for cats. Some are trusting and will eagerly expose their bellies for you, others are paranoid and suspicious and hate it. Remember folks, not all cats are alike in their preferences. :)
As an aside, something I've noticed over the many years of owning cats, is that if one *does* decide to use your hand as a chew toy, the best way to get them off is to just let them. When you don't struggle, they'll soon lose interest and let you go. When they relax, just ease your hand out of the catball that has formed around it.
