That's probably where the artist got the original image from. Chunpai probably painted over it.

The body looks like it was cosplayed from the thumbnail, but when I looked at the head, I realized it was a drawing (from the thumbnail).

Because this was in the misleading pool at first I thought it was a kigurumi picture that had been mistaken for a drawing. But it turns out to be a drawing that was mistaken for kigurumi.
