Looks like a ripoff of Gundam SEED's M.E.T.E.O.R. units.

I can see ZZ Gundam's head fin and those shoulders reminds me of the F91 Gundam. Not to mention the backpack looks like GOUF Ignited's.

it's Griepe with the L.O. booster parts

sorry bout the short post I'll add more detail, It's from a Gundam Wing side story called "The last outpost". In the end of the third and final volume, The griepe equips parts of the other two Geminass units in the suit's final battle.

The artist says it's all original, only inspired by various mecha.

From the thumbnail, though, the things she's holding made me think of a recolored Giganscudo.

those are the main thing that make me think of L.O. booster. then the blue parts make me think of Griepe but, if the artists says it's a chimera then there's nothing for it.
