    Meanwhile there's no documented case of females with (perfectly functioning) dicks.

    It should be clarified that males suffering from this do not have a functioning vagina. They have a uterus and fallopian tubes, both functioning, but essentially useless. Typically they're only discovered when surgery is performed to address other issues caused by the condition.

    So no, they're not really futanaris, as they do not possess complete and functional male and female genitalia.
