Flagging a post is exactly the same thing that leaving it in the mod queue. Stop bitching about it. If another mod like the pic, he/she will approve it.

The problem is that this mod is just randomly flagging pictures for deletion because they feel like being an ass. This is the third one I've seen tagged by this guy, and there's probably more.
No, it isn't. Read forum #36766 And, even if he was butthurt and start flagging the shit out of everything, an admin will deal with him for being a retard.
Hell, you can even appeal for this if it's deleted.
