Reimu, Mokou and Youmu probably should've been in the same grade as Sanae and Yuuka, but most of these ages are screwed anyway.

Right. Likely an aide/student teacher. Which makes some sense because of Ichirin's joke status as Unzan's hitbox and Unzan needing her to talk for him due to his shyness.
If this series is suppose to be somewhat in a realstic setting, then Youki is probably Youmu's Myon. Since I'm sure a big mass of white blob following some girl around would be rise for some panic.
