During one of the minievents, Cygnet's clothes go missing (they were just blown away by the wind after she left her window open iirc) and everyone's immediate assumption is that Ark Royal is responsible. She does an extremely poor job denying that it is something she might do, though she had nothing to do with it this time.
So yes, Ark Royal is just Destroyer-sexual, it doesn't matter if they have breasts or not.
Here's the transcript of the event. Even after everything is settled, everyone still insists Ark would absolutely do something like this, and at no point in the whole exchange does she deny that she would, she only denies that she did. She even comments very positively on getting to see Cygnet in a swimsuit and acts creepy about getting to eat with a bunch of destroyers, one of whom again being Cygnet.
