It's probably late, but isn't it a wordplay? The 'shira' in Kamishirasawa means white. Sanae replaced that part with 'mike,' which refers to the tri-color calico pattern (she says Kami-mike-sawa). If you observe closely, the shading in Byakuren, Letty, and Keine's hair are in three tones as well. They probably have been colored to match Mike's calico pattern, although we cannot see it clearly because the page is not colored (I noticed it due to Byakuren not having black hair). Anyway, with Keine's white hair turned tri-color, Sanae replaced the 'shira' in with 'mike' as if to match the color change.
Letty's line probably implies that her hair was dyed against her will.
