Can someone tell me... is his deck is that powerful?
In perfect setup, it can 2-turn KO you. Raiden enters first, setup Katheryne or any 'swap character counts as quick action' or When The Crane Returned (after using skills, swap to next chosen character), setup any reroll/element card (like Favonius Library or Liyue Port for dice reroll or Paimon for extra 3 colorless dice per turn), setup Ellin (attacks use -1 elemental dice if used twice in this round), use Raiden's E > switch to Ayato > Use Ayato's E > switch to Itto > use NA.
By the end of turn 1 you'll have a follow-up electro attack after your hydro-element normal attack, which means EVERY attack will have electro-charged reaction that spreads your damage to the rest of the enemy's team. The damage is enough to almost one-turn kill one of your opponent's card, and by turn 2 you pretty much have all of the character's energy full to use their bursts. All you need is just good element dice roll and you can KO your opponents. This deck is pretty much the upgraded version of Fischl-Mona-Keqing deck.

Goddamn, the game isn't even that old and it's already reaching Yu-Gi-Oh level of shenanigans.
