I had a lot of fun with this sketch. Took me way longer than I would have liked, I just am not great with multiple characters in one image! But that's why I'm doing these~
The new characters added to YanSim are definitely a little over the top, but I think with a few subtle tweaks their designs are actually cute. I edited the colors on Hana and Kokoro (who for some reason I REALLY think looks like a Kotori to me and I wish that was her name instead LOL), and removed some accessories to make them look a little less matchy. Also made Kokoro and Hana wear their cardigans. Changed the color of Kokoro's bag too because there was just way too much pink in her design.
I still think Musume is the best out of them all, she's just too cute and her design is really nice. But Kokoro and Hana are a close second. Hana is winning because I love her raunchy personality. I don't really like the other two, though, unfortunately. Although I love that one of them is almost named Candy, that's such a bitchy name ahah.
Anyway.. I do love the idea of Musume having a clique full of a bunch of bitchy girls like her. I imagine they're like Regina George and friends LOL. I hope one of them ends up being really stupid, I love that sterotype.
