I see guile doing his Aerial backflip kick and Bison/Vega (depending on your localization) being so surprised he gets hit by it and does three backflips in mid-air before clobbering his own people in a fall.

Guile, afterwards: "Epic fail bison. Epic fail."

Guile walks away.

Bison: "Guuiiiiillllle~~~!" Random blue flames and stuff.
