That's Flandre the real Big Daddy. The one we have here is the Little Sisters.
I kinda drew a connection here. Like the little sisters, Flandre is mentally unstable (not to a heavy degree but its there) in some way and probably sees things in a similar if not the same way as the Little sisters and some of the things sounds the little sisters say sounds like something she would say, like "How about a scary-crow, little fire?" or "Ooh marshmallows!"(note: this is when a little sister sees a splicer being roasted using Incinerate). Not just that, if Sweets Time (a gruesome song underneath the pleasantries described) is to go by, she probably does but the difference is between them is that the little sisters were conditioned that way and Flandre only sees pleasantries by choice. Also, both, in some way, are Moe, making them cutesy and endearing. Then again, why does Flandre need a big daddy to protect her?
