I want to believe that the reason her bottom teleported but not her top is because she wasn't wearing a bra (she DID learn how to hold them up with her powers after all).
The only thing casting doubt over that is there's a small bit of strap visible in the previous post.

It seems that the post title Himura Kiseki gave it was the simplest solution, but yes, any even integer multiple of pi will work.

Amusingly, e^((2n+1)iπ) = -1. Definitely one of the weirdest results of complex arithmetic.

(For those who are really curious, e^(ix) = cos x + i sin x, where x is expressed in radians.)

the purpose of bra mainly to hide the middle part of breasts and avoid collision between that parts and shirt since it's sensitive parts so that strap maybe is some sort of sport bra that don't need to connect to shoulder (or strapless bra)

edit: didn't realize there are some soft of lines run from shoulder to waist. So she wear both sports bra and invisible one??

Perhaps it's the result of a subconscious desire. Like she has some kind of kink about being seen in just her bottoms, and that deep seated fantasy manifested itself during the teleport.

Incidentally you can see the skin/tan lines of a bra/bikini top on her body.

I assumed that the vague outline is the mind-bra that she's learned to make.
