It's not the muscles. I meant the giant head and short stubby limbs reminded me of how some franchises portray dwarfs or a little kid and I hoped it wasn't some untagged shota. I know she has breasts but that combined with the musclar build and wielding a sword is what made me think dwarf.

You're just stumped over the artist's particular choice of stylization. The proportions of their art is like this for all their adult characters, so it's far more reasonable to assume it's just an adult woman. To emphasize this, post #6531631 highlights how children look like in their style.
