Actually its an anime that takes the fence and thorows it back about 100 ft. You can tell that they are pushing the limits of what they can get away with, and I hope they do cause it takes anime like this((and lord the writing isnt shakespear)) to allow others that would not be as daring to get away with stuff. Cause they can point to this and say "Hey, we are much tamer than Qwaser." Also what you came up with, is tame compared to what Qwaser has done already.

If you're talking about the ones you see in the uncensored versions of ero-anime licensed for distribution in the West, those are not decensors. They're from the original, pre-censorship masters of the anime. It just so happens that for the most part, anime artists seldom bother to work very hard on drawing genitalia that they already know is going to be mosaicked to hell and back, so - when the uncensored originals are seen without a mosaic - they look like sloppy crap.
On the other hand, if you're speaking of the photoshoppings of censored images to remove the mosaics and such, then I agree completely.
