Please note that all the characters are literally saying "I'm going to disturb", because that's what you say when you're going to enter in someone else's house (in this case Yuki's). However I don't think such a literal translation sounds natural in English, so I've translated it as "I'm coming in", but please take it into account to understand why Nagano says "It's OK".
