The flagger should've realized there's an "error" tag, & if he/she wants to flag it for deletion, he/she could've at least wrote the reason a bit more "professionally", like "bad proportions".
I've seen worse than a few errors on what should be from professional artists. Aside from that, what was talked about in the linked post that Anavrin set, we really do need to tighten the accessibility normal users have or allow to ID who does this crap.
I've seen worse reasons for a deletion flag. One was exactly as follows: "." A period. The picture itself isn't that bad. It may not be appealing to everyone, but it is to those who like this sort of thing.

Normal users being non paying ones? You are talking about the flagging feature, right?
I'm one of those and that feature doesn't work for me. I always thought it was for paying users.
It wouldn't make any sense to only give the flagging feature to paying members. It's supposed to be a way to delete egregiously bad posts.
Though I think it would be a good idea to fix the flagging feature so that flag happy douches or "Flag Fags" will loose the ability to do so. If such a thing isn't already being done, I wouldn't know as I've never attempted to flag.
I think the flagging system should have a majority vote as well. If something is flagged, people can vote within 48 hours whether it should be deleted or not.

That doesn't solve the problem at all. "Flagging" does nothing more than putting the picture back in the moderation queue, it's not some magical button that deletes the image no matter what.
The whole problem is in the annoying extra work for the moderators / janitors that have to reapprove the pointlessly flagged images. But it doesn't seem to bother them, so whatever.
