Given Yorky's reputation for a complete and total refusal to die (plus being the eldest sister) I'm thinking she would be something along the lines of Shoukaku Alter. Possibly even the true identity of the Aircraft Carrier Water Demon.
Plus... there's the anecdote about the Center Force mistaking Gambier Bay for Enterprise when reporting the ships they sunk so I kind of like the idea of Enterprise being the twintailed one.
