Most of these questions can be answered by simply inserting an appropriate adjective.

How were they made?

A latex is extracted from the giant rubber trees, then giant glass moulds are dipped into a giant vat of this latex, then, once cooled, condoms are stripped off the mould, rinced, dried, tested and packed into a giant box.

For what reason?

To reduce the probablity of pregnancy and STDs. Believe me, you don't wanna know about giant gonococcus or giant chlamydia.

Giants, once again.

And that, detective, is the right question! But I have no answer to it. Maybe a limited edition made exlusively for Moriya Shrine festivals? You know, sacred prostitution was a thing.

Also, I did some speculations on Sanae's height based on the parent picture where Mt. Fuji is visible. She's approximately 9.2 Mt.Fujis long (or tall - don't know which word is more applicable for a lying person) that gives us a stunning value of about 35 kilometers (or 22 miles if you prefer alien measurements system). That's not just "giant", we need other definion here. A colossus, maybe? Or, using astronomical terminology, hypergiant?
