Only the Cypher bosses (pretty much Proto-Metal Gears) use Vocaloid, actually.

Yup, they used vocaloid on bosses, it's like you are killing miku
Also you can use the Vocaloid software to change their voices and 'compose(?) songs'(笑). I'm not sure if this count as spoiler since I did not noticed about it after beat the game for first time (´･ω･)

And it´s creepy like hell when they start singing...

Its true. the ai bosses are vocaloid voiced, all the same. Except 1 the main ai, metal gear its self, peace walker is voiced by someone else, The Boss. Also after a certain objective you can use the vocaloid system for a few different options including what i beleive but not sure because i dont know how to work it D: ... create voice codecs for your soilders in co-ops? add an ai voice to your own metal gear, and create songs. i think these song are played by ur metal gear in vs ops. I'm not sure seeing how I don't know how to use vocaloid, and my metal gear was never brought to life. Hope to learn more.
