Well, concurrent translations happen. Though I never anticipated for this, since I have been eying on it being uploaded. However, it is certainly ensuring that there will be someone translating this series if I was out of the scene.

As for the context, perhaps Youmu made up her mind to ask Sakuya about things in general. She talks about the pine tree to get on talking mood since Sakuya complimented it in the previous page.

The artist probably wanted to go by canon and have Sakuya and Patchouli create a miniature version of the netherworld.
She now has the tree, she only needs the ghosts.

The only one that hates her in Hakugyokurou is the mistress herself. The other resident warmingly welcomes her to teach her things from the outside of Nether World.

Too bad for Yuyuko, Sakuya and Youmu are at a more similar age range(Mentally) to commune better than she is with Youmu. Plus, as if pink princess knows the ins-and-outs of gardening etc...

When you think about it, Sakuya could probably prune the top branches of the Saigyou Ayakashi from the ground with precision knife danmaku. All Yuyuko is good for is
