I've removed the sex toy and dildo tags since the device on picture is some kind of quartz lamp you may find at some medical facilities in post-soviet countries. It looks weird, but it's not a sex toy or something. The fellatio tag may remain, due to the artist's comment implying sexual context, though.

Pretty sure those medical implements are meant to kill bacteria via UV light or something, but yeesh, the usage method can be improved.
