Last i checked Kiene doesnt have 2 different colors in her hair. But pixv says otherwise. Looking at post #670780 though, i guess this artist's Kiene dyes her hair.

It should be since her sprite in the original game does have the the two different hair colors (silver with blue highlights) schtick. One merely needs to check up her profile on the touhou wiki to confirm it.

I think it's more a matter of Tokiko being drawn with Rinnosuke so much, and Keine has very similar hair. In fact, the image itself is a response to post #674780.

Funny, because I found it was Keine who got drawn with Rinnosuke more than Tokiko..(At Pixiv, at least)

Actually, if you check the hair, Tokiko has those three blue stripes (one on either side of her face, with a third in the middle) while kiene's is more like actual highlights. Not blue bars.
Don't trust the tags all the time. Human error does happen, after all.
