    The kanji I posted is Kotohime's (小兎姫) name. Look for the kanji on the side of the second panel pointing to the cop. I'd take a whack at this, but some of the kanji looks kinda small for me to read, so I wouldn't be able to translate it all (particularly the ones pointing to the cop and the posters on the pole that Ran is hiding behind). To be honest though, I first thought it was Tenshi, and Meiling made sense, but so does Kotohime (who does tend to act like a cop at times). The コス before her name makes me want to think she's cosplaying too.
