Noel = Flat
And since A = B B = C then A = C
Nu = Flat

Even in the official BB illustration, Nu's breasts are bigger than Noel's.

Really? The only difference i see between Nu and Noel is that Noel's outfit is more restrictive than Nu's. Even then, while small, both actually have something. They're not Suika after all.
