Creating alternate accounts for ban evasion is phenomenally stupid. That's how you get a temporary ban upgraded to a permanent ban, both here and on any other website. What do you think you're going to achieve by doing this?

He may not see this, but I upgraded his 3 day ban to 1 month since he kept making socks to upload and vote on his old uploads with.
