No. You would have to aim your penis almost parallelly with your body, aiming up, to be physically able to piss - barely piss, to be exact. Otherwise the erectile tissue inhibits the urethra. It's also almost impossible to penetrate a vagina in this position. That means you are not fully erect at the time. With the erectile tissue at 100 % of its capacity, you wouldn't be able to do that.
