well actually that's pretty much possible, though reality it's bit different. The subway in japan are so cramped up that sometimes you can't even more a finger at all. Basically if you know where to stand and you're lucky that you have a female at the right spot and she's willing, ya you can do anything and people won't even notice you.
P/S: I've heard friends found cum on them after they dozed off in the train...
