Most of the kiss charts list 'French kiss' in the bottom left panel. The Japanese use 'French kiss' to describe what is essentially a 'standard' kiss with no tongue and closed lips. However, in countries outside of Japan, 'French kiss' tends to be the exact same as the Japanese 'deep kiss', the explanation for which should be fairly obvious.
This creates confusion, so some artists have revised the bottom left panel to read 'bird kiss' instead, which is again a 'standard' kiss of pressing lips against each other.

I understood 'Bird Kiss' to mean rubbing noses together...

I tried to kiss my boyfriend goodnight the other day before he went home at like 12:30 am and I was REALLY tired and we smashed noses, and he couldn't see me (thank goodness) cuz I'm sure I blushed, a lot.
