Why were Lamda and Nu made to wear clothes, but not Mu?

From the looks of things, she is fully clothed - the panel in the middle is skin-colored.

No she isn't.

That may be the impression you have with the other color palettes, but in her default one she's definitely lacking clothes.

Or why do you think some of her pics using her armor are in the DAT ASS pool?

Also if it was just skin-colored, I doubt she'd have a navel.

Actually, correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Nu/Lambda you can see the navel as well, as I'm guessing it's suppose to be skin-tight. But yeah, pretty sure it isn't skin-colored for Mu.

Nu/Lambda were tempered in a controlled lab environment when they were placed into the cauldron. Mu was tempered in a completely different way. Its quite probable that the spiffy jump suits Nu/Lambda where were placed on them before they attempted tempering and that they were designed to survive the process. Mu was tempered in a process that was completely different and she was wearing a regular NOL uniform when it happened, elements of the NOL uniform are still present in her current clothing so we can most likely assume that it got heavily damaged by the tempering process.

And yes the skin coloured parts ARE bare skin.

That has nothing to do with it, though, as said pool features plenty of fully clothed asses.

In any case, an argument against this part being actual bare skin is right here in this image. Notice that cloth wrinkle above the navel? Wouldn't happen if it was bare skin.

Her fat is folding. It's completely common when a person crouches in that position.
