damn, this dude seriously should release an artbook, I bet Toriyama would allow him to publish this, or it could be describe as "homage" in which case I think it's allowed.

Because it would look stupid (not this pic...this picture looks awesome. I mean "in the manga/show"). Also...seriously people, I love Vegeta as much as everyone else...but him being a SSJ3 would've only ruined the story. The whole point of the Buu saga was to make a f***ing point about how just like it had happened several times before with his previous "rivals" (Krillin, Tien & Piccolo) Goku would eventually leave Vegeta behind too. And him being the only "natural" being (not fusion) who managed to unlock the SSJ3 (which IS the Saiyan's last transformation...as GT is non-canon) was a big part of making that point.

Nah, pretty sure it was just a design choice. Looks pretty awesome without eyebrows. Thinking about it now, it would looks kinda weird WITH eyebrows, or maybe that's only because I'm used to the no eyebrows...
What I've always wondered growing up with DB, is how Nappa would look as a super saiyan, as he has absolutely no hair. There should have been a joke episode/chapter about that, at least. Oh well.
