"Tag what you see, not what you know." If you don't see Nitara, you don't tag Nitara. Also, there's a better chance that it's Skarlet, given this image seems to be in Midway/Early Pre-MK9 era Mortal Kombat.
You both ended up being right. Based on the file posted and the result SauceNAO gave, this is from a now-deleted deviantArt upload. But thanks to the release of the latest MK game, the artist reposted it on their deviantArt, with the tags attached to it revealing it's both Nitara and Skarlet (which makes sense, the legs on the right align with Nitara's pre-MK1 design, while the body on the left align with Skarlet's MK9 design). The only one not listed in the tags is Sonya, but following the MK9 train with Skarlet, it's clearly Sonya with her alt from that game (and the comments have the artist having another idea involving those three gals).
