well I dont know what yuri comic you're talking about, but this character is canon.

The story is by ZUN, with art by Azuma Aya. It introduces Kasen Ibara, aka Kasen Ibaraki, a girl of unknown nature and ability who seems to have some sort of connection to the existing cast.

yah shes states as being a hermit (which theres a pretty detailed article about in PMiSS actually if you want to know about them). i havent heard nothing about her being with Suika, aside from the one picture on here, I think people are just drawing conclusions from the fact that she's "horned"

I think what Keo is referring to or confused by is the relationship between the mythological figures Suika and Kasen are speculated to be based on.

She's a hermit right, so she's another member of the old maid alliance?
