What would be a good translation for the sfx うおおおお here? The one's in danbooru's wiki don't seem to be a good fit
I think "UOOOOOHHHHH!!!" would work fine here. The wiki you linked to even has it listed as a "powerful scream" (though I'd consider this more of a shout).

Thanks. Meant that the possible english translations of *waaahhh!!*, *gaaahhh!*, *screeeaam* just don't seem to fit here
