Well the problem is that he's welding a 7-9" SCH80 steel pipe with a TIG instead of MIG, it's like he wants to bang that pipe out in 8 hours instead of 4.
Homeboy needs to stop fuckin around cause those look like root passes on two buttweld joints - he's got at least 3 more cover passes to do per joint. He's not welding in confined spaces, he's welding on a pipe rack with no obstruction - no excuse, fuckin trainee.
Also keep either a diegrinder or an electric grinder with you to do some pickup on those spottier welds.
