I wanted to ask what kind of trauma she had, since it's been years and I forgot most of Skyrim, but then I remembered that the Prince of Vampires is Molag Bal, and he likes extreme parties where consenting isn't necessary, right?

It's more to do with the fact Molag Bal is pretty much TES version of Satan but worse. As prince of Domination and Corruption, he creates vampires through vicious rape and considering his spiky motif, it's most likely he had a barbed penis. If you want to take liberties with the game's stories, then the concept art version of Muatra (Vivec's spear) is supposedly the old penis of Molag Bal that Vivec bit off, and that spear is not only barbed but HOOKED. Many do not survive the rape and those who do, are permanently scarred in some way most likely physically and mentally.

God damn. I wanted to make a funny joke about Molag Bal being even less popular than Malacath at party, and follow up with "and Malacath is NOT popular at parties", but that... took the wind outta my sails. Poor Serana, now I understand why she took to the Dragonborn but refused any intimacy. She probably has issues being touched. And I understand why she doesn't want to lose her vampirism if she went through that to gain it.

Molag Bal is the true pure evil daedric prince, none of the others really come close. The closest in terms of evil could possibly be considered as Mehrunes Dagon, considering he practically almost destroyed Tamriel in Oblivion, but even then Mehrunes Dagon overall cannot be considered purely evil, as his presence is more to do with destruction and change. In short, his vision was to destroy Tamriel and have it be reborn and most of his ordeals and issues that come with him, are more to do with the destruction part, the overall change can be for better or worse. This can even be stretched to Vaermina and Mephala another two who are considered evil, with Vaermina being closer to pure evil, but is actually nowhere near as harmful as Molag Bal and Mephala is more about plots that breed strife, rather than domination. It's why if you're followers of Mephala, Vaermina or Mehrunes Dagon, you will at least know, you gain some affinity and protection under their wing; with Molag Bal, he doesn't care, even if you beat him at his own game or become his champion, the only reason you have that title, is because he wants to find a way to break something as powerful as you and get more enjoyment from that.
As for Serana, interestingly enough you can actually send her to get a cure for vampirism, which I assume she might want, despite the pains of her getting her powers, because the powers themselves are still something she got from Molag Bal.
At least he/she think that pain brought pleasure and must be mutual
You what, heretic? That's complete bullshit, Slaanesh only cares for their own pleasure, and cares little for your own. It's more likely to cuddle you than to mercilessly rape your hairless anus, because it simply doesn't care what you want. There's a reason Slaaneshi daemons are extremely aggressive, they want to take you alive and slowly peel the skin off your face, fry it, and eat it in front of you.

You make it sound like Mehrunes Dagon is close to V in V For Vendetta : cause anarchy in the hope of improving the world (just like Armok destroys the world and rebuilds it). I have no idea who Mephala or Vaermina are, I should replay Skyrim eventually.

Generally speaking, Mehrunes Dagon is bad, there's no denying he's not a great influence, but his ultimate agenda does have positive outcomes and not everything he does is considered evil in turn. The best example is his presence in each of the games he is the main antagonist in, especially Oblivion, where he manages to invade the realm of Tamriel itself and caused catastrophic destruction for the brief few seconds to minutes that he was there. That's where his change aspect comes in, his plan was to destroy Tamriel itself, but at the same time change it, although he was sent back to his own plane, the aftermath of his invasion and destruction caused many things to change. First the Septim line of emperors came to an end, which is why Skyrim's civil war eventually got so heated; the Thalmor managed to gain influence after being outcasts and the laughing stock of the Altmer government; many former provinces of the Empire claimed independence; accelerated the disappearance of Vivec (a sort of god for the Dark Elves) thus causing the Bar Dauu, a giant meteor over Red Mountain, to crash into the Dark Elves' home nation and many more issues. Contrast this with Molag Bal, who just has no positive outcome or agenda in general, everything he does is always going to be a negative outcome.
At least he/she think that pain brought pleasure and must be mutual, Molag Bal over don't seems to think that mutuality is a thing.
Molag Bal might feign amiability in order to fool people into becoming his slave for eternity, but other than that, there is nothing he wants more than to be the one in charge and to inflict maximum suffering and torment on those he enslaves. If you somehow manage to beat him, as said before, he will pretend to congratulate you, because he's finally found something he can send even more despicable and powerful aspects to throw at in order to dominate you, this is highlighted in ESO, where the main character, is basically one of his enslaved tortured souls (spoilers ahead), that somehow managed to be born with a resistance to Molag Bal themselves. After beating Molag Bal at his own game, he says you've cost him too many resources because you had to team up with another Daedric prince in order to do so, but it's made abundantly clear, he's not given up, he'll just find a moment to enslave you again when the time comes, but for him to do that, means you've basically damned a group of people in the future into becoming his slaves so that he gets more powerful.
