While this picture is Kenkou Cross's work according to the notes on the source site, I'm pretty sure it's not part of his regular Monster Girl Encyclopedia. It looks like the source site is talking about a monster-girl RPG they're working on, and she's one of the characters. (There's also a slime character that's his work, and a kitsune credited to Jingai Modoki, but the rest of the character art is by frfr.)
Further, the entries on character pages 1 and 2 seem to be for individuals, not species, so アリスフィーズ is her personal name. She's a lamia of some sort, though - possibly a demon, the blue skin, tattoos and maybe-horns look like the other demon types in the MGE.
(The entries on character page 3 do seem to be for species; they're apparently elementals, though, so those might still be the actual names. The Gnome is almost a candidate for the Disgustingly Adorable pool...)

i have scruples to kill alice i had the chance to doing it because even she is the monsterlord it´s not really her fault when the most momstergirls are not obey her and causing so much damage in the human world. it´s always easy to gave her the fault for this but even is she dies there always monstergirls around who will never change and harm humans without mercy.

A monster girl encountered by chance, and surrounded by mystery. Although she seems like a member of the Lamia family at first glance, her body shows many hereditary traits from other species as well.
Wielding a strong and mysterious power, she seems to be rather well-respected amongst the demons. She follows Luca on his adventures, but her goals are unknown. She also demands to be fed although she does not participate in any battles.
Quite arrogant and high-up-there, but also has a jealous side to her.
