The game is like an anime. I mean it's one of the main features of this game. Hoever unlike in anime you would have the choice of either one of your girlfriends get killed, you get killed, you become a reproductive machine, unexpected visits from certain person which probably results in something even more devastating etc

That about right actually, from what I've read. 7-30 seconds to bleed out from cutting the carotid artery.

Even the cartoid won't get a fountain effect quite like this, but you will get some actual spray and gushing. And yeah, death is gonna be pretty damn quick.
